How we ship your order?

After an order is placed, one of our colleagues will process it and make sure sure it will be shipped to the address you provided, in the shortest time possible (so please provide accurate information about your address when you create your account)

We ship our packages using a Courier Service. 

Every day at 2:00 PM, the packages will be handed over to a fast courier service.

During busy periods, we cannot guarantee same-day shipment.

Currently we are shipping orders only in Romania

In the near future, we will start taking orders and delivering them across Europe.

Delivery time:

Courier: Up to 48 business hours. 

During the period from November to February, the delivery time can extend up to 5 business days.

(Attention! GLS delivers packages only from Monday to Friday. FanCourier also offers the option of Saturday delivery. Please specify through a message if you want this option, an additional fee of 7 RON will apply.)

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping for your order will be determined based on the weight and size of the package as follows:

Courier Rates in Romania:

16.5 lei for the first kg/destination (this price includes the fee for cash on delivery or online payment)

1.20 lei for each additional kg

We work with two operators, GLS and FanCourier.

Orders that can be packaged in a single package are sent via GLS. There is no additional fee for extra kilometers with GLS.

This price is informative and may be subject to changes based on the package dimensions and the recipient's address.

Free shipping starts from 300 RON (order value) - up to 10 kg and a package size of 60x60x40 cm.
