According to the Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw (withdrawal period) from the contract without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without bearing any costs other than the additional costs.
The 14-day period begins from the moment the consumer physically receives the products. The consumer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products in case of a return. SC Mustach SRL offers individuals/legal entities the possibility of returning products within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
The following products can be returned:
Products that show no signs of impact or damage.
Products that have not been used, such as paints, oils, etc.

After verifying the return, the customer can choose:
To receive a refund for the returned product(s) - within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the return.
If you choose a refund, please send us an email at office@mustash.ro providing us with a bank account where we can make the payment.
For exchanging the returned product with another one or more products, please contact us for further assistance.
